Artificial Intelligence Literacy Training
The "Artificial Intelligence Literacy Training," organized in collaboration between the Turkish-German University (TAU) and AHK Turkey, was successfully held on July 21–22, 2025. The training, attended by academics from our university, aimed to raise awareness of artificial intelligence technologies and share fundamental knowledge with participants.
The content of the training was meticulously designed to help participants from various disciplines build a solid foundation in the field of artificial intelligence. The program covered topics such as "What is Artificial Intelligence?", "Prompt Engineering", "Current AI Applications", "Corporate AI Use Cases", and "Artificial Intelligence and Ethics".
The training was delivered by Prof. Dr. Müge Klein (Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences) and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Posos Devrani (Faculty of Cultural and Social Sciences), both faculty members at our university. These expert academics combined the theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence to enable participants to gain a deep understanding of the subject.
The training, which attracted great interest and took place in an interactive setting, emphasized that artificial intelligence is not only a technical topic but also involves ethical and social dimensions. Our university will continue to support adaptation to current technologies and share its academic knowledge with stakeholders through such trainings and collaborations.
