First Forum of Turkish-Azerbaijani Think Tanks

Professor Enes Bayraklı, Head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, participated in the First Forum of Turkish-Azerbaijani Think Tanks held in Shusha, Azerbaijan, on November 24.
The main topics discussed at the forum, which was of great importance in terms of strengthening institutional cooperation between Azerbaijani and Turkish think tanks, creating joint scientific and analytical platforms, and coordinating future strategic initiatives, were: fundamental trends and opportunities for cooperation in the foreign policies of Azerbaijan and Turkey, the future of integration within the Organization of Turkic States, and factors in transport-communication and energy partnership in bilateral cooperation. Bayraklı contributed to the third session of the forum, titled “Concrete Reflections of Turkey-Azerbaijan Cooperation: Connectivity and Energy.”
