Our Digital Transformation Application and Research Center (TAÜ-DDUAM) Featured in the Istanbul Development Agency’s “Digital Transformation Ecosystem in Istanbul” Report
Our University's Digital Transformation Application and Research Center (DDUAM) has been recognized as one of the key stakeholders in Istanbul’s digital and green transformation ecosystem in the report titled "Digital Transformation Ecosystem in Istanbul – Digital and Green Transformation Consulting Centers 2026," published by the Istanbul Development Agency (ISTKA) in June 2026.
The report is based on data collected from 13 digital and green transformation consulting centers operating in Istanbul and provides a comprehensive assessment of the current state of digital and green transformation among businesses in the region, as well as the activities and capacities of these consulting centers. It highlights the critical role these centers play in enhancing companies' transformation capabilities, facilitating access to technical expertise and know-how, connecting technology developers with businesses, and guiding companies toward appropriate funding opportunities and incentive mechanisms. Our Center Director, Prof. Dr. Müge Klein, was also among the institutional representatives who contributed to the preparation of the report.

Key Performance Indicators
According to the report, DDUAM has conducted 18 digital maturity assessments for large enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and micro-enterprises. Through 44 training programs, the Center has reached approximately 300 participants. In the field of green transformation, DDUAM carries out carbon footprint calculations in accordance with TS EN ISO 14064-1 and conducts Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies in compliance with TS EN ISO 14040/14044.
In addition, in cooperation with Digitalpark Technokent, our Center provides entrepreneurs with mentoring, access to professional networks, and support for the development and commercialization of business ideas.
